Peaks, Pits, Praises, and Prayers

I saw this idea floating around on-line all over the place for a long time, and it wasn’t until a friend messaged me and asked me to join in this with her a couple of years ago that I decided to do this, and I have been doing it ever since.
Just so happens I also have an addictions to notebooks so I was ready to go!
So out came the cricut and ta-da my Peaks, Pits, Praises, Prayers!

I love this idea because, once you get into actually writing in this every day there is something very relaxing about it. I love that I get time to look back on the day, think of all the highs and lows of it, a time to be thankful, and a time to think a head and think about what my family needs, what I need, areas to work on.
Its nice to have 15 minutes or so a day just to reflect and be thankful.

Want to start your own, here is how.
Grab a notebook, and each day write the following four parts;

1. Peaks. Each day write your peak of the day, all of your highlights, big and small. The good moments, the moments that made you laugh, the positive moments of the day, the happy moments that really stand out to you and your family.

2. Pit. The low point of your day, try not to complain about it, try to look at it in a positive way. Try to see the silver lining on it. They say there is always a bright side, try and find it! Or find the lesson learned. Do something wrong? How do you correct it?

3. Praise. Simply praising God for specific things that happened during the day.

4. Prayers. Any prayer request that may have come up during the day, or something that has been on your mind for a while.
